I went by for a hearing test with Jason and Cindy, they were incredibly professional, accommodating and took their time to assess my hearing. Very kind and patient, and the establishment took me in the same day for an appointment. Would highly recommend for a thorough and complete hearing assessment for anyone interested.

Jason was extremely professional and very thorough. He worked with my 96 year old mom so kindly and explained things well. He has excellent knowledge of what is needed and how to provide good audiological service. Gemma at the front desk was also very helpful and professional. Thank you Jason and Gemma.

Had recently got a free baseline hearing test done. I attend alot of live concerts /music shows and sometimes I forget to wear earplugs. I also dj and do music production so my ears are exposed to alot of noise so I wanted to check my ear health. I went in with an appointment. Jason did an amazing job explaining everything and ran all the tests I needed to check my ear health. Everything went great. Jason is very professional and I totally recommend seeing him if you're in need of any hearing diagnostics or issues.

Dr. Faranak is very helpful and patience with my Mom to choose the right type of hearing aid for her needs and also helped her to apply for government assistance on the hearing aid. I personal have seen how Dr. Faranak work and would highly recommend if any one in need of help with hearing issues.

I wanted to amend my previous review to discuss the efforts made by Ultima after recognizing my negative experience at my last visit. They immediately reached out to me to reschedule my appointment and also offered me compensation for their services. The audiologist who saw me and my partner was very knowledgable and walked through every step of the procedure with us to make sure that we understood and were comfortable with everything, big or small. Overall, I felt cared for and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and chalk up my first visit as a learning experience with their booking schedule and don't see any reason it would happen again. Original review: My partner and I booked an appointment on the same day together (complimentary test for him, ear cleaning for me). My partner received a call saying they could not do his test that day, but only I only got an email saying the admin would confirm my appointment the next day. A bit odd, but I thought they had too many patients to do complimentary services that day so that was fair. Didn't hear anything else to the day of my appointment, so I thought I was still good. In hindsight, I should have checked before I came as I'm now at the clinic and it's just closed even though Google says it's open. No one's answering their phone when I call.
