Markham East Vision, is a very welcome place. Customer service is extempore! Everybody from Dr Ching, to Mr Dhanji, to the receptionist. We got thorough eye exam and results explained. Eyewear selection is tremendous, and reasonably priced. Cant wait to revisit. This is the place folks.

This was my first visit. We were warmly welcomed by Zainab. The Centre has lots of selection and Alessandra was great with the selecting and taking measurements. I recommend this Centre.

Decided to visit Specsavers Markville for my eye exam based on a recommendation from a friend and it was a great experience from start to finish! The price of the eye exam ($99) was very enticing given that it was half the price of my previous optometrist. However, half the price did not mean half the service. Dr. Anson Tam was extremely professional and patient throughout the entire process. Not only did he perform the usual eye exam procedures, he also took the time to explain common causes of discomfort and remedies. To my surprise, I even got a 3D scan of my eyes, which was a service that was not provided with my previous optometrist. Dr. Tam also spent the time to go over the 3D scans with me and explained the benefit of these scans (help identify possible abnormalities and eye diseases through these scans). Overall, very happy I decided to visit and I will definitely be coming back for future optical needs as well. Highly recommend to all.

Honestly an amazing experience from the beginning. Great customer service all the way till the end. Gave us the time and space to decide on the pair of glasses that we were satisfied with. Very reasonable price and understanding staff members. Even though the mall closed and the store closed, the staff members during that night stayed back to make sure we got the frames we wanted, throughly went through our prescription and explained the differences of lenses to choose from. Thank you so much Kenneth and Clarissa. Looking forward to picking up our glasses.
