Highly recommend this place. Dr. Lui and his staffs are all excellent. Staffs are nice, polite and welcoming while we are at the office or phone call. My son went there every month for check up and today he finished 2 years orthodontic. The whole 2 year process has been smooth and no problem. Dr. Lui will check his teeth every month make sure everything ok! My son still need to use the retainer for the next 2 years. This process is easier and more comfortable for him. I would like to say “Thank you” to all the staffs who serves my son for the past 2 years.

I've been a patient here for 7 years and and just had my final retainer check yesterday. I'm very happy with the results and how my teeth look. In my experience staff here have always been friendly and it's clear that Dr. Perry and his team care about their patients and the work that they do. Absolutely recommend if you're looking for an orthodontist in the GTA.

Dr. Lui and his staff have been been nothing but friendly and professional for the past 10 years. Every visit over the years has been positive and the team genuinely cares about every patient and their outcome. The new office looks great by the way! Highly recommend getting braces here.

Dr. Arun Rajasekaran is a very knowledgeable orthodontist. From our first appointment he was very friendly and we never felt rushed when explaining to us what would be done. His office runs very efficiently and is very organized. My son never waited in the waiting room for his appointments. We were told my son would have braces for 18 months and that’s exactly when he got them off. The staff is also very polite. My two other children will be seeing him when it’s time for braces. I would highly recommend Dr. Raj.

I highly recommend Dr. Raj and his staff! Dr. Raj and staff have been extremely welcoming, hospitable, professional, caring and personable. We always feel important and appreciated and confident that he knows our son's case personally. Dr. Raj takes a very hands on approach. We always feel that we get way more than what we expect. Very pleased with my sons treatment. My son loves his smile. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Arun provided us with great service, very friendly, highly intelligent and knows how to accommodate his customers needs. My experience with DrArun was amazing and I would definitely recommend him and and service to others as well.

If you've read the reviews, you know that Dr. Tam is something special. We chose to come to Markham from Toronto on the recommendation of our friend and we were informed of his infrequent schedule prior to beginning treatment. It was not as convenient but we are so glad we were able to see him when he was working (it's something like once a month). Dr Tam, if you're reading this, you need to work more in the clinic so that everyone has the opportunity to be seen by you! Thank you for the wonderful job for my daughter.

My experience with Dr. Tam was nothing short of amazing. Very quick and efficient process, great staff, and finishing with a beautiful new smile. As mentioned in other recent reviews, he is in the clinic much less often, but with visits every few months, it wasn't too much of a problem. Couldn't ask for much more.

Seriously the best doctor I've ever had of any kind. Knowledgable, understanding, efficient and excellent results. You won't get much doctor face time, but I'd rather not speak to someone that much and get to the point. The staff is extremely well trained, friendly, and helped me with everything from my insurance claims to achieving an amazing result.
