My whole family and I have shifted over to Shadlock Pharmacy for over a year now. Pharmacist Sheeru and staff have exceeded all our expectations! Very friendly, pleasant, helpful and warm. Evening deliveries are also very convenient. Plaza has plenty of parking as well. Would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

Sheru and the team at Shadlock are very caring and kind. They always listen to my needs and they make me feel valued. They also deliver my medication which I am so grateful for. For those of you looking for a local pharmacy, look no further. Absolutely amazing services here!

I moved to IDA Shadlock from the Spenser method of medicine management. I was extremely happy with Spenser but IDA Shadlock exceeds any service I have had anywhere. They are friendly, courteous and efficient. Best move I ever did.

Amazing pharmacy, Wayne and staff are the best. I had called multiple pharmacies searching for a Covid shot and this pharmacy was very graceful over the phone. Was not rushed, good tone in calling and answering, so I was pleasantly surprised by Prorenta. There's a nice human touch still alive in 2021. Came here for my Covid shot and was so thankful and glad. Also, shot was done without bruising and I didn't even feel it! As someone with a fear of needles, this was amazing and unlike my first shot. Thank you guys for being kind and thoughtful, especially in a pandemic! Pharmacy was also very modern and beautifully decorated, hence the photo upload.

This place is awesome! Amazing people and service. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Very knowledgeable in what they do/sell. Moved away from that area, but I still drive there to pick up my/family medication. Foresee this will be my go to pharmacy for years and years to come.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable pharmacists who go above and beyond. I've switched my parents over to this pharmacy from the big box stores as they provide much better care and delivery when needed.

The whole staff is incredible! They have been taking care of my parents pharmacy needs for years and I finally moved all of my prescriptions here a couple of years ago. I wish I’d done it earlier. The service is fast and friendly, and I appreciate the advice that they provide. I feel cared for here. So much more personal than the big chains.

We have been using this pharmacy for over 6 years now as both kids meds need to be compounded. We go every few weeks. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. We don’t even live in the area anymore. We drive down from Georgina because I don’t want to go anywhere else.

Great and fast pharmacy service, good product selection for way less than Shoppers. Ditch the Loblaws Corp of companies and support local.
