This is a great clinic (Eglinton). I booked an appointment for my mother on a Saturday! She had her ear wax removed. Alyssa M. was very accommodating as a hearing test was conducted right after and it was determined that my mom required hearing aids as a substantial amount of her hearing was lost. We appreciated the great care, treatment and advice given by Alyssa. I know it is common to feel nervous and anxious going to a clinic, however, that was not the case here. I/we highly recommend this clinic.

It was my first time getting an ear cleaning and Owl Hearing was the best choice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I saw Alyssa at the Eglinton location and she was very professional during the entire procedure and made sure I was at ease.

I had an excellent experience at Owl Hearing. The audiologist provided great guidance and information and helped me make an informed decision about purchasing hearing aids. Highly recommend.

When I was young I had a lot of problems with my ears. When I informed Frank of this he was very understanding and professional. I was very nervous about having a wax removal procedure done because of the awful memories I have of how it was done years ago when I was a child. Frank did an amazing job! Absolutely no pain and I can honestly say it was even a fun experience. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone! Thank so much.

This is the place to go for ear wax removal and hearing test. Frank is amazing he make sure its all clean and no more earwax on my ears and he test both my ears to make sure all is good and the mom ( receptionist) is amazing as well. Now i know this place is amazing is family own business so they care the client so much. I highly recommend this place.

A great place that was recommended by a friend. The tests they did on my ears were very thorough and Frank explained the results in laymen’s terms. I’ll be visiting again in the future should I ever require seeing an audiologist again. Thank you.

I found Mathew very professional, caring , friendly and had a great knowledge with his years of experience. We had a very open and sincere discussion with and he offered the best hearing aid to suit all my needs . Their prices are reasonable and offer top of the line hearing aids with good after sales care. Before buying your next hearing aids I strongly recommend that you visit this clinic and have a chat with Audiologist Mathew.

Came here for the first time to get a hearing exam for my OACP pre-requisite. The booking process was very easy and straightforward. When we had to reschedule, they were able to accommodate me no problem. Mathew is the one who conducted the exam for me and he was very professional, friendly, and got straight to the point. I was in and out within 10 minutes and really appreciated that. Would definitely come back here for any other ear and hearing related things the future.

The clinic and the service were simply impeccable. I was explained everything very thoroughly and given top-notch customer service treatment. I will definitely be returning to this clinic regarding my hearing needs.
