Very kind staff who will give you their honest opinions on how glasses look on your face. I got a pair of prescription glasses from this location and the process was easy and efficient. The prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend coming to get them fitted here rather than getting them online. The store is very clean and they have a great selection which includes glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses. They also have an optometrist on site. My glasses were available to me within a week and a half which was amazing and I'm very satisfied.

I had a very pleasant experience getting my eyes tested and for my eye glasses. Staff was really helpful and knew what they were doing especially Maureen and Ming who helped me pick the frames and best lenses for my lifestyle. Definitely recommend it to others.

Loved the experience I had here. Greater as soon as I entered and was invited to look around and try different looks on. The stored has a great selection of brands and styles with affordable prices. In less than half an hour I was in and out with my new pair of glasses ordered. Zainab was absolutely wonderful and super helpful.

I decided to try Bailey Nelson since it was down the street where I live (I never go to optical shops, I mostly do online orders). I did the eye exam seamlessly by booking on their site (you can also do walk-ins). The experience was great and they have a wide variety of frames that are all pretty stylish (better than some branded ones imo). The staff are friendly and helpful too. The prices were reasonable and they did everything through my insurance which was so convenient. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this spot !!! I booked an eye exam and bought 2 pairs of glasses. They had spots available right away and the glasses came in a few days. The staff here is AMAZING and Dr Patel is my new favourite doctor. Will only buy glasses from here from now on.

The staff were all very helpful and supportive. I do my eye checkups here and it's all been smooth sailing. Keep up the good work! The prescribed glasses were great too.
