“Bayview Sheppard RMT was founded in 2005 by Lisa Macchia and Helen Milic. As one of the first stand-alone Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) clinics in North York and Greater Toronto. I went for a deep tissue massage at this facility. Recommend by friends and family. Manuela the massage therapist was absolutely fantastic. I felt great after the massage and booked another appointment for next month. Manuela made me feel comfortable and at ease. She has a great personality. We had great conversations on various topics which made the experience better. I would definitely recommend this facility, very professional and experienced staff.

I have been client for the RMT for more than 3 years now. Just got my baby and during my pregnancy Bethany and Josephine provided excellent services! They made me feel much better when I got those body pains. I recommended this place to some of my friends too. They are very professional and I love to go here again and again.

All the treatments that I've had at Bayview Sheppard have been amazing. In particular, I have received excellent massages from Morris. He's the best! And fascial stretches from Bethany and Maya were equally wonderful.

I had an incredible experience at Step Up Massage & Rehab, with RMT Jeffrey Freeman.My one of the colleague recommended this Therapist for massage. The therapist was highly skilled and attentive, ensuring every knot and tension in my muscles melted away. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the session. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, with a noticeable improvement in my overall well-being. I highly recommend Step Up Massage & Rehab- Adelaide and of course Jeffrey Freeman for top-notch Registered Massage Therapy.

Lovely place at a great location. The service is fine. They have small waiting area and enough massage rooms. My therapist was kind enough to prioritize my needs and shared good tips to improve my posture. The insurance is covered directly. I wish the rooms were more appealing for a massage room but overall a good experience.

I have been seeing Heather (RMT) to treat an upper body injury. She is exceptionally skilled and kind, knowing exactly what areas to pinpoint every time. The staff team is extremely professional and efficient. I look forward to my visits, knowing I am in great hands!

NEXUS MASSAGE & REHAB REVIEWS

I had my first Indian Head Massage with Gopinath and it was, by far, the best massage I’ve ever had. He was so professional, attentive, and really customized the hour to my specific needs. If you have any knots on your neck, shoulders, or between your shoulder blades you HAVE to get this massage. Already am planning to come back for another, and have made an appointment for my husband to try as well!

Overall I have had a pleasant experience with the staff at Nexus. I was recommended sessions with Gopinath as I was experiencing tension and discomfort around the neck, shoulder and back area. From the start, he took his time to understand my needs, and tailored each session to focus on trigger points. Within two sessions I noticed a significant reduction in the discomfort. He also suggested some stretching exercises that will help alleviate the tension. I am truly grateful for his expertise, and I highly recommend him as a massage therapist overall.

I had a fantastic experience at Nexus with Gopinath for an Indian Head Massage. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and helped release a lot of built-up tension, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Gopinath was highly skilled, attentive, and created a calming atmosphere that made the session even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the focus on overall muscle relaxation and well-being, and I would highly recommend Gopinath to anyone looking for a professional and effective treatment.
