I visited this clinic after my family doctor referred me for a sleep study. After searching online and seeing many positive reviews, I decided to choose this place. The booking process was simple and fast. I arrived at the clinic at 9 pm and was welcomed by a technician named Cameron. She kindly explained everything and showed me to my room and the washroom to get settled. The facility was extremely clean, and while the room temperature was a bit low, it wasn’t an issue for me. Later, Cameron wired me up for the study and around 11 pm, I was all set for sleep with clear instructions. Throughout the night, she checked on me a couple of times, and at 5:30 am, she woke me up to remove the wires. Overall, it was a good experience. The technician was kind and professional. While I didn’t sleep as well as I usually do at home—mainly because of the wires and being in a new bed—the clinic and staff did a great job. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a sleep study.

Amanda was incredible! I had a rush test because I was due for surgery in a week, and Amanda was so reassuring, kind, helpful and attentive. It was my second time at this clinic and she had been the person to take care of me the second time and what a wonderful second experience. She was even great with my 8 year old son who had to join me. Thank you Amanda for making my test a wonderful and easy one.
