Praise was great with my 92 year old father who felt confident that he was receiving excellent service and being offered the best product for him in particular. Praise made sure he was comfortable with how he was hearing and how the ear molds fit before proceeding with showing him the technology, which was very important for an older guy like him! He is super happy to know that he will have follow up in case of problems. Praise and the staff have been great in terms of following up to see if he needed anything and being available for questions. Both my Dad and I would recommend anyone to Elevate hearing.

I am extremely grateful for the expertise at Elevate. My experience of hearing loss could have been very different but working with Praise, we quickly found the hearing aids that would work with my busy lifestyle. As a public speaker, facilitator and mediator it is vital to be able to hear. Making the initial appointment was the hardest step on my end. I left the first appointment knowing that I was supported. It has been life changing wearing hearing aids, positively impacting both my personal and professional life. Lots of gratitude to have Praise as part of my medical team.

I was referred to Praise Chow following a hearing assessment. I have experienced very sensitive hearing for over 20 years, and needed help to experience sound without pain. Praise is extremely knowledgeable, and shares information in a way that is understandable and compassionate. I felt that she genuinely cares and wants to help me hear more comfortably. Praise's specialization is one that I didn't even know existed, and I am so grateful to have found her. I've already passed on her information to a friend. Her admin, Stacey, is also lovely.

I recently visited Connect Hearing for a hearing test, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The audiologist took the time to explain each step of the hearing test process, making sure I felt comfortable and understood what was happening. The test itself was comprehensive, and I appreciated how they took the time to discuss the results with me in detail. The facility was clean which made me feel confident in the accuracy of the results. I would highly recommend Connect Hearing to anyone in need of a hearing test or hearing-related services.

Had such a wonderful experience at this clinic. Mr. Ahmadi and the whole front office team were so welcoming and accommodating to my mom and I. Dr. Katarina is incredible—a true professional who does her work with due diligence, genuine kindness, and care. I was worried that there is something inside my ear and started calling ear doctors and clinics all around Vancouver. Dr. Katarina fit me into her schedule the same day and did a full inspection of both of my ears and offered some valuable advice and told me to contact her if I have any concerns. She carefully guided me through all the steps and took me in right away. The clinic is also very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. Coming to this clinic was by far my best experience with healthcare in Canada, and Dr. Katarina is an incredible audiologist with a true passion for people’s well-being.

Dr Katarina is a wonderful and very knowledgeable professional, many qualities to appreciate about her. She genuinely supports her patients and goes the extra mile for them. Takes the time and does her absolute best to ensure all is well with fittings and adjustments. I especially appreciated her empathetic nature and the way she tries to connect with you as a person (other professionals sometimes talk to you like you're just an ear..) Highly recommend her clinic.

I cannot say enough about Katerina at Echo Hearing Care. She is an amazing Audiologist, extremely knowledgable about hearing and hearing health, and an extremely professional and caring individual. I highly recommend Echo Hearing Care for any of your hearing health concerns and needs.
