I have been using a C-pap machine to help with my sleep apnea for the past 5 years. I started with Coastal Sleep in Langley, and since I lived in Vancouver, I started dealing with Manpreet at the Broadway location. He is very detailed in his explanation and as well as easy to deal with over the phone, he can also access my C-pap machine settings from his office as occasionally it requires adjustments. I usually speak with Paige at reception for all my supplies and re-orders. They have been great to deal with and I highly recommend if you are in need of sleep apnea assessment as well as ongoing support, look them up. Thank you for the great service Manpreet!

I am so grateful to Andrew at Coastal Sleep (Broadway Location) for guiding me through what I thought would be an onerous process starting treatment with a CPAP machine. Andrew was so knowledgeable, helpful, personable and accomodating- answering all of my questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion. Just a great experience overall. Hardeep and the whole team have your best interests in mind. He has spent an exhaustive amount of time with me to see if a CPAP machine is the right solution for me and has done an unbelievable great job. I've heard of other experiences at other companies where there is a big push to sell you stuff --- but Hardeep is really client focused and his sole focus is finding the right solution for you. Really, really impressed by this business and would recommend them 100%.

Jamie was Awsome, she was kind, spoke well and was informative along with making me feel welcome. It was a nice environment and I recommend going there. Although Broadway is a mess there is easy parkade in the back alley so easy to get to. Thank you guys for a great experience.

A great group of people. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. The new office is very welcoming. I'm always treated with a smile and great expertise.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Snore MD. They've been a big help in dealing with my sleep apnea. The staff there are really professional and made everything pretty easy to understand and manage. A couple of people who really stood out were Amneeta and Grace. They were both awesome – super helpful and genuinely accommodating. They made sure things worked for me and were really easy to deal with whenever I had questions or needed something. It makes a big difference when the people helping you are not just good at their job but also really pleasant and understanding. Getting my sleep apnea sorted out felt much more manageable thanks to the support I got from the team at Snore MD. I'm definitely getting better sleep now. I'd recommend Snore MD if you're looking for help with sleep apnea.
