I had an RMT massage at Knead with Stephen, and overall it was a really good experience. The space itself is cute and trendy from the outside, and the overall vibe feels quite elevated. The massage rooms are a bit less private than I expected, with curtains separating you from the next client rather than fully enclosed rooms. That said, it still felt comfortable enough to speak quietly with the practitioner when needed. Stephen was excellent. I came in with some specific areas of pain, and he was really informative throughout the session. He not only worked on those areas but also helped explain what might be going on in my body to cause the discomfort. I don’t usually talk much during massages, but I found this one genuinely insightful. The space was clean overall, and the experience ends with a nice cup of tea, which was a thoughtful touch. A couple small things to note: they weren’t able to direct bill my insurer (Medavie), so it may be worth expanding that in the future. I also noticed a few minor upkeep details in the room, like a curtain fixture that looked like it had been reattached without repainting the wall. Small things, but they do affect the overall “finished” feel, especially since the branding is quite elevated. Otherwise, I was referred by a friend and I’m glad I went.

It was such a relief! I booked a 1 hour couple’s body massage, and the experience was fantastic. The service was excellent and the ambiance was terrific. I loved the scent of the essential oils, so calming and relaxing. It’s truly a perfect place to unwind and ease stress and tight muscles. Skye was amazing, checking in about my concerns and making sure the pressure was just right. Highly recommended.

I had a chair massage with Rina, and it completely melted all my stress away! She was amazing at finding all the tight spots and applying just the right amount of pressure. It was such a relaxing and wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Rina again.
