Great location by the "gates" of downtown. Studio is just perfect, offering an immense variety of dance classes, skill levels and three different size dance floors (and rooms, with enough washrooms too! I discovered Baza offers surprisingly vigorous social dance programme and special events throughout the week which provides the so needed versatility if one has a busy life style but wants to incorporate dance in it for fun (and FUN here is the key word). Instructors are so down to earth, and my personal experience is that they are capable of making anyone dance - as they walk the talk with you, every step of the way (pardon, dance). Shy, two left feet or no partner - for any of the instructors, apparently, there is a way to break the ice and boost everyone's confidence - and make them dance, enjoy dance and if you are so into it - socialize through dance.

The first adult dance studio I started at and still the one I attend two years later! Great variety of solo classes if you're into Latin or Afro styles. I've taken solo classes with almost all the instructors, and they're all awesome. And if you want to learn Angolan kizomba, look no further than class with Tracie and Cesar! They know their stuff, they educate students on the dance's culture + background, and they provide great feedback on technique while challenging us to think beyond just dancing combos. The studio host socials during non-summer seasons with an intro partner class included in the cover, so try them out with a friend or five... and the discovery pass for solo classes are a great option. I'd try Afrobeats with Clement or Zumba with Antonya. If you like reggaeton, Celina's got you covered! LFS/Lauren is also great for Latin choreo.

This is such a warm, fun and inviting community! My instructors Cesar & Tracie are top notch! They are skilled, great at teaching, they're engaging & they keep things fun! Every class were bound to laugh bc the humour is there too :)).

Ali is a gem for contemporary. Love love love her warm, enthusiastic, and welcoming energy. I've never danced before and always look forward to her classes. She really pushes us to be the best dancers we can, to the best of our abilities. Overall iDance promotes an environment of community and inclusion, which was a major influence in my choice of dance studio. The only constructive feedback is hopefully for the check-in staff to coordinate with the instructors if any students are first-timers. I did feel a bit like deer-in-headlights on my first visit, but thankfully a couple of the long-time students made the welcome more smooth!

Wonderful and safe space for dancing and making great friends. The instructors are amazing, super friendly and welcoming everyone. The studio is pretty and airy, which makes the classes feel much easier. There is a good variety of class for different styles and levels to choose from. I highly recommend IDance because I love it so much!

I love their classes! I’ve taken everything from hip hop to contemporary to burlesque and all of the instructors are fun, positive and very knowledgeable. Their first month deal is incredible!
