HOT YOGA 101 REVIEWS

This is one of the best studious I’ve been to in the city due to their excellence in customer services!! The team is always responsive to my requests, the trainers are attentive and remember the names of regular clients, during HIIT workouts music is cool and the cold towel after the workout is fantastic. Highly recommend for everyone who is ok with workouts in warm temperatures!.

Love this studio. First studio I went to when I moved to Vancouver and I never left. They are so welcoming and friendly, respectful without being pushy. There are many classes during the week so you can always find one that fits your schedule. The instructors, especially Danny and Kim, are amazing. The Sunday evening class with dimmed lights, music, and minimal instructions is so good to wind down at the end of the week. I am now hooked and need to go twice a week - it's made such a difference in my life.

Attended my first true hot yoga class here with Lisa P and she is a fantastic instructor! I had such a wonderful and welcoming experience right from the start with front desk and all through the class! I highly recommend to anyone who is curious about trying hot yoga- I'm sure you will be hooked like I am! Thank you Hot Yoga 101 I will be back for sure!.

As someone new to yoga, this studio is fantastic. The owner Nisha is lovely and the Yin & Yang class taught by Mitch kicked the crap out of me in the best way. The class had great flow and with little experience, I was very happy with how he guided the exercises and explained how to elevate or reduce difficulty so comfortably. Would recommend this place to anyone, especially to those looking to dip their feet into yoga but anxious about doing so. 5/5!.

I would like to say that I've been to a few studio's and Nisha is by far the best owner I've come into contact with. She's super friendly, approachable and really wants you to meet your goals. Not to mention, the front desk staff are super friendly and match the same personality traits that Nisha provides. All her teachers are awesome too! I have a few favorites, but one that truly comes to mind is Megan, she's amazing at teaching the strength classes. Thank you for being such an awesome studio/ location. Hoping to make this place my long term home for health and fitness!.

“I love my life”. This place changed my life. The whole vibe is so inclusive and supportive. It is a wonderfully accepting community that are ready to work with you where you are at. The energy is so uplifting, and everyone that works and attends the studio is so welcoming. A really special place.

YYOGA DOWNTOWN FLOW REVIEWS

First time at this location. Booked a Hatha yoga class through ClassPass for this studio and I was truly impressed with the studio aesthetics! This location is very spacious and has a huge lounge area to relax and unwind before or after your classes. What I like about YYoga is that teachers usually educate you about the poses and their benefits in addition to guiding you through the shapes. Jayme was an amazing teacher! Highly recommend!.

I attended a Hot Yoga class in this location. I was sweating profusely as expected, but was satisfied with the experience. The studio aesthetics are nice, and they don't charge the rent for a Yoga mat and towels if it is your first class with them.

I had an amazing experience here during the Saturday morning Hot Yoga class - the instructions were great, the ambience was calm and the team was very friendly. For a first-time visit, I could rent a mat for free, after that there's a fee. Be on time, it's respectful to the teacher, the team, the other participants, and yourself.
