Did an eye exam and they have a wonderful team. shout out to Jasmine! She was such an amazing and professional receptionist. She was very quick yet calm and very precise with the pre-testing even up until the billing, she was very nice and welcoming. The doctor is very well detailed as well. Will come back to buy my glasses here again and get my eyes checked!.

Iraj was super helpful and friendly when helping me choose my new prescription glasses. He was super efficient during the processing portion and made sure I was more than confident with my purchase. I would recommend anyone considering Clearly to come to this location and ask for Iraj!.

BAILEY NELSON OPTOMETRIST-MAIN STREET REVIEWS

Apparently, they have good optometrist and staff in Bailey Nelson store at Main Street in Vancouver. Price is relatively high (but transparent, informative and not pushy ) but in return they apparently provide you with a good and professional service. Eye services for anyone is important and Bailey Nelson is using a good approach. I also tried online prescription glasses before which is much cheaper, but there is value in good quality in-store services that online store cannot offer. Hope that they can maintain their quality in the Long run in a competitive market.

This Bailey Nelson location is properly managed by Jamie. A couple months after I had purchased blue light glasses & sunglasses, I realized that I had a 20% discount perk through work. He could have not responded to the email or responded and not make the adjustment but he did. This gesture was greatly appreciated and will make a customer come back. I am very happy with the product and service.

Excellent service, super friendly and helpful, and wide selection of nice frames and lens options to choose from. Glasses were ready well within the timeframe, and they help you get a perfect fit. Definitely recommend! This was my second time back here and I plan to stay with them going forward.
