I called the reception twice to see if there's an update on my case, and both the agents gave me different information. One even said he can't see the updates left by his co-workers. Why???. Please let me know which is the best way to get in touch with someone who can provide me with accurate information. I visited the care center in June and was supposed to be referred to a specialist, and yet I am waiting for an update..Besides this, I had a great experience at the center itself. The health care workers were super nice, and the doctor herself was very knowledgeable and kind.. Thank you to all the doctors and health care workers..

I honestly cannot speak more highly about this Urgent Care facility. My very young daughter cut her finger and needed stitches. I really didn't want to wait at Children's Hospital for 8 hours so I went here instead. We were seen by a doctor within 20 minutes of arriving. She got her finger stitched up by a fantastic, gentle doctor and helpful, caring nurse, and we were home within an hour and fifteen minutes! It was absolutely 5 star service in every way. Thank you so much to this facility!

An outstanding experience that renewed my faith in the system. From nurse Madison to Dr Jacquie and the lovely ladies up front— I was greeted with care, professionalism and the right level of urgency. The text system worked great and I killed a couple hours at Earls waiting for my stitches.

NORTHEAST URGENT PRIMARY CARE CENTRE REVIEWS

Thank you so much! I’ve been at this clinic today and it was such a relief. I came Monday morning and my wait time was only around 40 minutes. The nurses were great and caring and dr. Samuel actually did his best to help me (I’m very grateful for that)! After all, i received very warm treating and professionalism. Thank you again, Northeast urgent primary care!

I came in today and was able to wait at home until I got a text that the doctor was ready to see me. I'm not sure what the doctor's name was but I saw her around 4pm today and she gave me such kind and attentive care that I left feeling a lot of relief. Also loved that they had free and easily accessible necessities like women's health products, naloxone kits, and more at the clinic. Will be back.

This is one of the best walk ins I’ve ever been to. The wait times are up online if you wanna know. And everything was very clean and all the nurses, receptionist, and the doctor I saw (Kristin) were all so kind and lovely. I was maybe there 1.5 hours but it was a nice experience. Clean and kind.

Really surprised by all the bad reviews - I recently visited and had a really great experience. I was able to walk in and make a phone appointment for a few hours later that day. All the desk staff were really kind. And Dr Lee was very attentive and detailed in her assessment and recommendation of my condition and she was SO helpful and reassuring to address all of my concerns and questions. Can't thank her enough! I was so scared at the time and she completely put me at ease (following very scary Google searches) and I feel so much better now after the antibiotics she prescribed. Not hoping to need to come back any time soon, but definitely will be coming back if I have any other health concerns.

Brand new clinic. Awesome service. Friendly staffs. They have setup the place so well. I love the big wall painting of Vancouver city. Staffs where extremely helpfull and mingle wisely with the visitors. Make use of the pre-booking. We hardly tool 2 mins.

Online appointment is great and easy to use. I always choose Dr Sugie because he is approachable, knowlegeable and understanding.
