Colin is truly a unique and talented professional.He is comprehensive, uses a combination of techniques, and is an absolute guru when is comes to IMS. I had some frustrating pain in my arm, shoulder, neck and couldn’t get rid of it. Luckily, I managed to get in and see Colin at S&S. Colin was excellent..very focused and ensured he fully addressed the problem. This also reminded me of why I had seen Colin in the past when I had lower back pain. Thank you Colin!

I've been going to Colin for a few years now. He is by far the best IMS practitioner I have been to and his method works. It is difficult to maintain a high level of activity while battling muscle tightness that arises from disc degeneration and stenosis. Colin sorts out all of the problem areas and finds ones you didn't know about. Best to give him 2-3 sessions if you're in bad form. The treatment is enjoyable if you understand the benefits.

I have Spinal canal stenosis for 4 months. I tried very thing just couldn’t relieve the pain. Until I come to see Colin Miler. After few treatment, I have 95% better. Very very happy.

I have sciatica and the conventional physio was not helping me. My daughter suggested going to Wil Seto. It was a great decision, I am so happy I went to Wil. He used IMS, which helped almost right away (do not forget to use an Epsom salt bath after that!). Gradually, he started introducing some exercises that helped to strengthen some specific muscles. I was able to ski and play tennis while continuing his treatment and I feel great. I highly recommend him!

I have such a great experience with physiotherapists, RMT and front desk staff. I have been getting treatments for falling and car accident from both Adrianne and Will(physiotherapists). They are professional, caring and empathetic. I tried many different physiotherapists in Vancouver but highly recommend Will and Adrianne.

I’d been having chronic neck and shoulder pain lasting over 6 months. The pain has improved significantly since seeing Wil, and is almost entirely gone now. He has great in office treatment as well as helpful exercises to do at home. All the staff at the clinic are friendly and helpful.
