I very seldom write reviews, but feel compelled to do so when experiencing exceptional service. Recently took my 88 years old mother here for a hearing test. The tester, Maya, was truly outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable on the intricacies of hearing loss. Very good mannerisms with elderly. Very careful and thorough professional testing. Very clear explanations, and willingness to go beyond the call of duty when answering my many intricate questions, even as my questions went well beyond closing time. Some very useful follow-up advice, and no hard sell when it came to promoting/pushing products. Outstanding professional service!

Both of our children have had their hearing tested at this office. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Other family members have also had very positive experiences with this organization.

Went here for an appointment with my dad. Excellent, professional. The audiologist was very friendly and helpful. Just a wealth of knowledge. Picked this place as it was voted top spot in The Record. Would recommend!
