Mitek Fine Automobile Body and Paint

Contacted the Mitek team, as my Mini Cooper was hit in a parking lot while I was at work. I received a very quick response and once I was cleared for drop off from my insurance company, Mitek had handled everything for me from that moment onwards. Amazing communication from the team keeping me updated with progress as we ordered parts and got everything repaired and installed properly. All-in-all an amazing experience, with very little stress on my end. Appreciate the work the team had done and the super clear communication with both myself and the insurance company. 11/10 would recommend to anyone.

Mark helped me with my BMW's rear bumper. He shared BMW Canada recommendation on repairs, along with official documentation images of relevant parts for the work that needed to be done. So you can be assured that they are going to the best work for your car. Such instances are difficult for owners as you are not sure of the work and cost etc. but Mark always patiently explained everything to me. Sometimes it was related to the car, sometimes related to insurance etc. Thanks Mark.
