Carlos made my BMW experience one of a kind, from the second I walked through the door he was kind and knowledgeable, he made the whole experience extremely easy and stress free. The test drive was where he sold me, he took the time to explain all the car’s features and new additions, for a first time car buyer at my age he took the time to help me understand everything. He was extremely personable and had amazing character. I thank Carlos for my time over the last 3 days, as he put a lot of work in to get to know me and my family. I just leased a new Lincoln Nautilus at Cam Clark Lincoln in North Vancouver Automall with Haresh Chohan. I can not say enough great things! He was so awesome to deal with.
