SUPERTECH AUTO NORTH VANCOUVER REVIEWS

Staff and manager were extremely friendly. I got an oil change recently elsewhere and was told my rear differential was leaking. I decided to take it in to super tech auto to get fixed, where they gave me a full inspection for free. While completing the inspection they realized that there was not in fact a leak at all. They even took me under the truck to show me in person that everything was completely fine. I was able to drive out free of charge! Amazing service!.

Incredible work by Super Tech Auto. They went above and beyond to give me a great and positive experience. The reps were very kind and positive. I can feel the quality of the repairs as my car has not driven this smooth in years. Thank you Super Tech Auto!.

Super friendly, honest and caring people. I dropped off my mother in-law car and they were very accommodating and help us out. I loved their can-do positive attitude and follow-through. We have since been back and experience the great service each time with a positive attitude.

NORTH SHORE AUTO REPAIR REVIEWS

So amazing! My alternator blew and they had it back to me within 24 hours. Not only that, they were as transparent as possible in regards to showing me what the part costs from the distributor and what the labour cost would be. A lovely family business that I’m stoked to have in the neighbourhood. Thanks again.

Helen was very friendly and her husband and son did an excellent job on my brake and rotor replacement. I needed the car on a quick turnaround and they were able to accommodate. Everything was clear, there was no pressure to get services that I did not request. On top of that, they reached out to the dealership for a part that their suppliers did not have. Would highly recommend this business.

The engine oil cover of my car fell off at night, and most repair shops were closed. Thanks to North Shore Auto Repair, the issue was solved quickly. Jack is very nice and knowledgeable. The service was extremely fast. Thank you very much!.

DEROSA AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES LTD. REVIEWS

Dealer has a friendly approach to service which makes it comfortable to discuss any needs or concerns. Have experienced dropping in to check on a problem and Derosa staff will answer on the spot if they can - trustworthy with the service they provide. Often return the car washed and ready to go with appointments!.

DeRosa Auto is THE BEST! They absolutely saved my butt a few years back and I have been a loyal customer ever since. Prompt, professional, friendly and expert service. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Plus they have a massage chair in their waiting room. Huge bonus for me.

I’ve been taking my car to DeRosa for a few years, and they have always been thorough, honest, fair, and approachable. I never feel like I’m being upsold or overcharged. I recommend them to everyone!.
