Staff and manager were extremely friendly. I got an oil change recently elsewhere and was told my rear differential was leaking. I decided to take it in to super tech auto to get fixed, where they gave me a full inspection for free. While completing the inspection they realized that there was not in fact a leak at all. They even took me under the truck to show me in person that everything was completely fine. I was able to drive out free of charge! Amazing service!

Super friendly, honest and caring people. I dropped off my mother in-law car and they were very accommodating and help us out. I loved their can-do positive attitude and follow-through. We have since been back and experience the great service each time with a positive attitude.

Midas recently had an oil change promotion, leading me to the North Vancouver location. With the promotion, a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, fluid top-off, and a general vehicle inspection came to just under $100, inclusive of taxes and fees. The entire process was handled efficiently, and I received a text message reminder the day before my appointment. Sue, the receptionist at the desk, was exceptionally polite, honest, and a great conversationalist. There was no attempt to upsell anything, which was appreciated. One thing to note is that there aren't many options nearby for food or drinks, so be prepared to take a short 5 to 10-minute walk to find a café or restaurant. Overall, it was a good deal and a positive experience.

Our vehicle was idling rough and we needed it serviced in a hurry. Pooya understood our needs and scheduled us in for an inspection. He and his qualified technicians quickly found the issues and got to work repairing the vehicle. He kept us informed at every step and was exceptional to deal with. Had a great experience at Midas when I needed a tire replacement after one of mine popped. They had a good selection of tires in stock, so I didn’t have to wait for an order. The service was quick, smooth, and professional. Big shoutout to Pooya who helped me out, he was very professional, guided me through the whole process, and made everything super easy.
