3 Best Car Dealerships in Whitby, ON

We are from London and Whitby is not a close drive. However Menzies had the car we wanted, and we worked with Steven Quinlan. He was great, patiently made sure we had all our questions answered, and put a hold on the car for a day so we could get there to test drive. He made all the arrangements for the sale to go through smoothly and we picked up the car yesterday. Menzies is a nice dealership and we felt no high pressure sales. Steve is easy going and straight shooting, and I think we got a great deal. It made the drive from London worth it! We also enjoyed Steve's sense of humour! It was a great experience all around.

I just purchased a 2022 Dodge RAM 3500 from one of the nicest, most helpful Sales person I have met in a long time- Melodie. She took the time to respond to my internet questions in a timely manner, emailed me a detailed build sheet of the truck based upon the VIN and followed up promptly by phone thereafter. She even called me on her day off and made arrangements for me to meet with an alternate staff member when I wanted to see the truck up close. She was great to work with and easy to get along with. Also extremely pleasant was Janice the Finance person who took the time to detail the steps in the process & help answer any post Sales queries etc. Both ladies are wonderful assets to Menzies Chrysler as they helped create an easy process and an enjoyable buying experience.

He checked in with me every step of the way and followed up after the pickup date to ensure everything was going smoothly with my new car :) Will was extremely helpful regarding arranging my vehicle pickup, going above and beyond to squeeze in a last minute appointment change. Finally Patrick did such an amazing job from giving me a tour of the service centre, to walking me through all the features of my new car. He knew the vehicle inside and out and had the answer to any possible question regarding the car.
