Pasha who was our sales person. He was very helpful and professional. He was very informative and helped us decide to take the extra 5 year warranty on our new leather couch. Pasha was also very patient with us as we had to be creative with the size of the couch to fit in our space. Pasha took out pieces we could do without and we were able to visually see the couch exactly how we want it. This is our couch minus the console and one seat and exchanged the chaise for another end recliner. Thank you Pasha, really appreciate you time and efforts.

Initially, my wife and I were a bit apprehensive due to the perception of high prices, but our visit completely changed that viewpoint. As soon as we walked in, Vytas greeted us warmly with a friendly smile and kind words. He took the time to understand our preferences for a sectional couch, delving into details about style, comfort, and appearance. His expertise in materials, fabrics, and fits was truly impressive. Surprisingly, by the third sectional he showed us, it was exactly what we were looking for but hadn't even realized was possible to find. Mind you, we had scouted five other furniture stores before coming here. Being picky shoppers, especially when it comes to a pricy investment like a sectional couch for our family of four (my two teenage boys are built like linebackers), we don't rush into decisions. But Vytas was patient, understanding, and not at all pushy. We spent a good couple of hours in the store, exploring our options. Vytas went above and beyond, offering to come in on his day off to ensure we received the same level of service when we returned to make the purchase. And then, Calvin joined in - his warm and wholesome approach added to the excellent customer service. Ashley has always been my furniture store because the quality is timeless. My dining table, coffee tables, sectional and now bed are all from Ashley. This says something about their service and quality. Such an amazing experience. The delivery person were professional, and took care of everything. It was a quick install and they came early. The AI delivery tracker made it easy for me to get errands done while keeping an eye on when they would actually arrive. To many times delivery windows leave you in limbo but it was such a great experience with Ashley.

My first purchase at Ashley Whitby was fantastic. The sales assistant Angel was very helpful and personable answering all my questions with a smile . I never felt pushed to buy anything and Angels friendly demeanor made my first purchase at Ashley a very positive and welcoming experience.
