Really happy working with End of the Roll team. Colleen at Whitby location was very helpful. Communications were easily understood and timely. She went extra mile working with us to find a carpet that met our liking. Prices were very competitive. Measurements and quotes were bang on. Installers were professional, experienced, and did excellent job.

This was the third time I’ve used them in 15 years and I’m still happy. Colleen and Mike at the store were great to deal with. The installers were top notch: polite, efficient, on time and left ZERO mess. Way easier than the big box stores. Thank you for the great service.

I had utmost customer service in this branch! I liked the variety of options here! I’ve been checking many different places, but the shopping experience for what I needed remained unsuccessful! Ramie was super helpful, and the guy who cut and installs the carpet was amazing! I do appreciate your guys! Keep the good job up!

Alexanian has so much variety! We were pleased to find the exact colour combination in the carpet we purchased. We'd been to so many stores in search of the perfect carpet with dark blue and burgundy hues. We were very pleased with the service we received from Ramie and the price was reasonable for such a quality carpet. We will continue to tell our friends about Alexanian!

Professional and helpful. Our area rugs look amazing and delivered in a timely fashion. Ramie was awesome. Will definitely be back for all our carpeting and rug needs.

Had a small job to do stairs and a hallway. Mike was awesome from the beginning. We spoke on the phone he showed me some samples then same day and we got everything ready for the install date. The install went super smoothly. Carpet feels great they did an excellent job removing disposing and installing all in one day. Would recommend to anyone to speak to Mike about their flooring needs.

Mike has done a fantastic job from removing unnecessary layers (4 on top of another) of the old flooring to installation of new hardwood floors. He made sure everything was taken care of and to our great satisfaction. He's very efficient and on schedule all the time. Would highly recommend him for flooring projects. Thanks a lot Mike. We just love our new floors.

Just hired Mike and his team to complete a carpet replacement in 3 of our bedrooms. Richard and Ryan did a great job! Pleasure to deal with, good attention to detail and kept their work area clean. I would recommend and hire them again. Thanks!
