Consumer Direct was our 3rd and final in-home quote and it was the first time I felt comfortable. David was knowledgeable, understanding and refreshingly not pushy. He also was the only window company we met with that understood the Greener Homes Program that we had already been enrolled in. They helped us maximize the available rebates and the offer was very fair and they were very patient. Overall it felt like the right choice because of all these factors. The windows have now been installed and we are very happy with the final result. Our favourite is the big picture window in our dining room. (Before and after photos of that window included, both interior and exterior!)

Great company to work with. I had a new wider front door and patio doors installed in the spring of 2023. The salesman, Rob, was polite and informative with no pressure to purchase. Everything was explained very clearly and the pricing was fair and inline with other quotes I had been given. The follow up paperwork was simple and straightforward. The installers were friendly and professional, doling a great job and they cleaned up after the job was complete. I did have one small concern after the job was completed and they sent the installer back out to ensure everything was as it should be. Very happy with the new doors and the whole process in general. Highly recommend Consumers Direct Windows and Doors.

Just had these done today. It's nice that their office is only 3 minutes away, and our windows arrived a fee weeks soon than we thought. Was easy to deal with Melanie and the installers George and Chad were great. They kept everything clean as they went. Very happy with the new windows and they went brick to brick so windows on top of being nicer looking they are also larger.

I have been dealing with Melanie and her team for over 5 years and every interaction has been thorough, professional and enjoyable. From Melanie outlining expectations and different options, Marilyn on the office and service support, to George and Chad installing. The entire group is professional, respectful and do outstanding work. Even after installations, a couple of situations arose where I needed their guidance and they were here promptly always with a smile and willingness to help. I can't say enough about this wonderful company from their products to their outstanding service and people. I highly recommend them.

I had purchased a century home a few years ago that required replacing all of my basement windows. Phil was super knowledgable and his quote was much cheaper than the competition. His team did a great job and I'll be hiring them again for future projects!
