The Graziella Whitby store is the best jewellery store I’ve been to. When I walked in I was greeted by multiple friendly staff, including Rosanna who helped me choose a meditation ring. She was very patient and understanding while I took my time to decide on a style. Donna also assisted me in choosing the right ring and showed me some other rings she thought I would enjoy based on my preferences. I always feel welcomed when I come to this store, and enjoy the bright ambiance it has to offer. I didn’t feel judged when I walked in and felt very comfortable speaking with the staff. An overall awesome experience, and I highly recommend them for your next jewellery purchase!

Jack and Alex were very knowledgeable and attentive, professional and down to earth. Thank you for your services. Graziella is the only place to go for all your jewellery needs.

Love the staff. Great products, great customer service. My go to place for special jewelry and just because jewelry! Faraz, Donna and the rest of the team are so knowledgeable and creative, they make each visit special.

I took my fiances wedding band in to Igor to replace the claws as the main diamond was loose and Igor went above and beyond. He gave me different price options for the repair and even showed us the physical differences between the two to help me understand what I was paying for. When I picked up the ring he stated he noticed some side diamonds were loose and he fixed them aswell. Very quick repair and would highly recommend him.

Igor is simply amazing. He has been dealing with my family for almost 30 years. I came in looking for an engagement ring, within minutes he had me taken care of. He treats his regulars like family. You tell him exactly what you are looking for and if he doesn't have it right there, he will do his best to get it. I will always recommend him to anyone looking for a jeweler. Thanks Igor!
