Excellent customer service as usual. I had a follow up question after having my car serviced and I was provided a great explanation. I have been taking my car to Columbia for about two years and I always have a great experience.

If you have trouble with your car in the waterloo area of Ontario or indeed any area in Ontario please go this Garage. I broke down on the way to a long weekend away, car packed to gills. This Garage organized a tow, took it to the shop, recognized what was wrong, ordered the parts and fixed it in two or so hrs. They also gave me a loaner to go have breakfast and come back. Absolutely perfect customer service. Thank you.
