I had an issue with my MacBook Pro and was going to use Best Buy's Geek Squad, but the reviews were pathetic. Stumbled across Phil and took a chance and left my laptop in a guy's basement which is wall to wall computer parts. Have to trust somebody, right? I am glad I took the chance as Phil fixed my laptop. He is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. Any future issues I know where to go.

Phil is great and it is a pleasure dealing with an honest guy who clearly loves what he does. My computer was ready on time and he explained everything really well. My computer used to chug along and now it runs so fast and smooth. Thank you so much.

Great and fast service from Tech Aid Solutions! My laptop was exhibiting signs of malware, and Derek assessed and quickly corrected the issue. He then took time to discuss other programs, efficiency and available updates for the laptop. I decided to have the laptop updated and cleaned up, and the work was completed in less than 24 hours. Derek was very customer friendly and patient with all of my questions. We are lucky to have Tech Aid Solutions in Barrie!

I had a little hiccup with my laptop, but Liam was amazing! He fixed everything so quickly. I’m really glad I decided to drop by and see just how helpful they truly are!
