It was an easy process and I liked the first 4 weeks free, including free insurance! People behind the counter were friendly We found a home before the 4 free weeks of the January deal they had and there was no extra charge! Just the $25 +tax. We just had to clear out, take our lock, and let them know we were moving. I'd definitely recommend this place because everything was easy, our items were in one of their portable units, and it was dry, vermin and pest free. Excellent experience.

It was good, had to have patience because I didn't know the system and I know I frustrated the owner. But otherwise good.

Most importantly when I had an issue there was appropriate attention to my issue and I received timely communications and follow up to resolve. Very good customer service.
