The HVAC Technician's from Affordable Comfort, John and Andrew who came to replace my old, busted AC unit and furnace were fantastic! They let me know when they were on their way, they were obviously experienced, knowledgeable and super professional. They both worked so hard all day long, 9+ hours to get the job done right. The install (piping, fixtures, drainage etc.) in the furnace room all look significantly better than before, tidy and solid. They protected my floors and everything was perfectly cleaned up after all the work was done. They tested everything before leaving and I've been enjoying the AC since the install without issue. Thank you to John and Andrew, the dream team, I appreciate you, great job.

Rob came on the same day I called and fixed my AC. Very nice technician, very informative, showed and explained what he was doing and what the problem was. Would highly recommend.

My Reliance tech, ID#114939, was absolutely phenomenal. He called ahead, arrived on time and was beyond polite and professional. I even got the red carpet treatment. When he called me down to show me the new tank operations after the replacement I was completely blown away by the craftsmanship of the work. Being in the trades myself I absolutely appreciate when pride is taken in work performed. 100/10 satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Reliance.

James Hoy provided an exceptional sales experience. He throughly explained all my options and also answered all my follow up questions that were sent to him in the evening after our initial meeting. He went over and beyond to accommodate our needs and made the experience simple and easy.

We needed a new AC ASAP and the process was very quick and easy, obtained a next day appt for sales call and next day install. Install was clean and professional going above and beyond explaining my new thermostat and furnace maintenance.

The installation was done professionally and the team took the time to review everything they installed, how the controls work, and any other routine operational information. The guys were clean, polite, friendly, and professional. The workmanship is excellent. The old furnace was removed and new one moved in through a tight hallway. No damage to the walls. Carpet runners laid down so no issues with dirt being dragged through the house. Very happy with their service.

We had Brad and Rayne at our place installing a new AC. Their service was amazing and they were very respectful and knowledgeable in their job. I would highly recommend this company as they were professional from the first time we spoke to them to when Brad, Rayne and Steve finished to installation. Thank you so much we appreciate you working through a very hot day to get the job done quick but right.
