Took my suit here last week to get cleaned for the first time and they did a fantastic job. Absolutely no wrinkles and it smells nice and fresh. Fair prices as well. Will definitely be going back for more of my dress clothes!.

I needed a bridesmaid dress cleaned and alterations done, emergency rush job. The staff and seamstress are amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could. My anxiety was seen and assistance was offered to alleviate my stress. I can not say enough ... thank you.

I used Wright Cleaners for my wedding dress cleaning and preservation. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and had great customer service. It took about three months to get my dress back and it looks great in the preservation box. Overall very satisfied!.

As a business professional who recently moved to Barrie, I’ve had my share of challenges finding new businesses and services. However, my experience today was refreshingly different. This family-owned business stands out with its professional operation and comprehensive range of services. They provide everything I need, from an on-call seamstress available five days a week to top-notch dry cleaning services. The owner was incredibly helpful and courteous, welcoming us into the neighborhood with genuine warmth. They even went the extra mile by recommending other wonderful local, family-run businesses. I highly recommend this business. Even when I don't require their services, I might just stop by to say hello. This is exactly the kind of community spirit and quality service that I was hoping to find when we relocated to the city of Barrie.

I went in for a lining repair and was told they would have to patch it. Since I am not a sewer I envisioned a nightmare. The lining repair was perfection, no one would ever know it had been patched. Each side was identical to the other. Thank you Kelly for your excellent work. I will take all my repairs to Cotty's.

Had an alteration done here. Kim's customer service was great and Margaret did an excellent job on the alteration! Highly recommend.

Been coming a few times a year now for the last 5 years and I am always really happy with the service and quality of work! One time they even caught a rip in one of my sleeves at drop off and fixed it. Prices are very fair as well. Best dry cleaner in Barrie!!.

Danielle and Harry are so efficient, kind and great prices, fast turn around too, when in a pickle they accommodate ! Highly recommend. All dry cleaning done in house too.

A great place for all your dry clean needs! I had my wedding dress, and my husband's dress shirt dry cleaned here before our wedding! Came out beautifully!.
