Jeff was prompt and clear in his assessment of what was needed. Kelly was patient in setting up dates and getting back to me when there were questions. The workers were hard working, careful and considerate. When the removal exceeded the estimate they were honest and upfront to find a good solution. Highly recommend the company and the team.

Excellent customer service. From the office support to the 2 wonderful men who picked up our junk. Prompt response and on time to do the pick up. They were courteous, professional and efficient. Overall a good experience and will be booking Jeff's Junk again.

The team at Jeff’s was excellent. They were very accommodating when dates needed to be altered. On top of that the price was very reasonable. Would recommend them and they will be top of mind if a bin service is required in the future.

I thoroughly appreciated everything about these guys' service. When calling, they pick-up within the first minute or two, and the ladies were very quick and efficient in taking down all your info with a rough estimate. Then the field guys will call you when they're close to arriving. In my case, I had Eric + Dustin crew, and those guys were great. Super professional when asked questions, hands-on, and communicative over the phone. I could tell these guys are reasonable and honest in their pricing, and considering they give you a free quote on-site (which gives customers the option to accept or decline), it just made me trust them a little bit more. Whether it's for tiny pieces of junk or a boat-loads of junk, I'd recommend them.

I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Just Junk. The staff were polite, timely, and very professional. They removed my items quickly and carefully, and were on their way in no time. It couldn't have been easier, and I would use their services again without hesitation.

Flawless service. They were friendly and got the job done safely and quickly. Such a load off my mind to have old appliances taken away when I needed it.

Absolutely the best service, best procing, most honest and reliable junk removal service in business!!! They took apart and took away a large garden playset for a fraction of what competitors quoted and did it carefully and with no damage to our lawn!!! They also took several metal garden border pieces at no extra charge. A pleasure to deal with.
