We had our septic tank pumped today and everything went smoothly. Darren was so kind and friendly! It was our first time having the this service done so we weren't sure what to expect, but it could not have been easier. I mostly appreciated Darren answering all my questions today and being honest about the great condition of our tank. Thank you so much!

We really were impressed with the work Dan Merrington did pumping our tank. He was courteous and very helpful in resolving our tank issues. He is an employee that did more than what he was paid for. We were very happy with our experience.

Gerald and his partner (Junior) were both very friendly, professional and efficient. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them for anyone looking to have their septic tanks pumped.

I have used Pump My Tank for many years now, and must say that their service is top-notch. The gentleman that came out today was Darren with a young lad. Very friendly and personable. Outstanding service from a stand up guy. James was a pleasure to meet and deal with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond for us when we had an emergency and we were lucky he was able to find the time and squeeze us in that same day despite being booked up. His experience and expertise had us back up and running within minutes. Highly recommend

The septic tank cleaner did an excellent job,he was on time,did a great job and made sure it was finished thoroughly. He also made the experiance quite pleasant and was respectful and funny. They are also fairly priced and won't over charge for anything I would definitely recommend this service and their team! Great work.

Great Service! We recevied a call for a sewer backup and there was 12inches of sewage in the customers basement. Regional Septic Service came out right away and assisted us with removing the sewage so we could complete the proper mitigation. Thank you!!!

Justin has been a life-saver. We had issues with an old septic that required several pump outs during the winter until we could replace the system. He was always readily available and punctual. We have worked with other pump companies and not only was Justin more cost-efficient but he was so personable and caring. I would never go with anyone else! Highly recommend!

I had an emergency on a weekend. None of “24/7” septic tank pumping services returned calls, EXCEPT Innisfil Disposal. Dave showed up within minutes us taking on the phone and fixed the issue very quickly. A solid recommend! Thank you, Dave!
