Pioneer pool provided us with fantastic ideas and feedback for our new on-ground pool project. Our sales representative Mark and the service team were accessible, prompt, knowledgable and caring with all our needs. They built our dream pool and we could not be happier with the finished product.

The service staff at Pioneer Family Pools are excellent. They closed my pool efficiently and effectively. The winter safety cover is in place and the pool is secure for the season. I look forward to having them reopen again for me in the spring.

Staff are very knowledgeable and helped us make the best decision on a robot cleaner and a reel and solar blanket for our pool. Very pleased with the service we were provided.

Their technician showed up within days of my service request and upon arrival was very thorough and thoughtful with his time. He had my spa pumping on all cylinders and Justin was a pleasure to deal with on the phone.

I just had an incredible experience with Marie at International Pools in Barrie. She was incredibly helpful and very interested in my pool. Very professional and well spoken. Great job International Pools.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable and made us an even better deal than we were able to find anywhere else in town or in surrounding area. Wonderful service.
