I replied to an online post and although that particular laptop had already sold he suggested another comparable laptop for an even better price. 1 year warranty and a 1 week satisfaction guarantee!!! Can't go wrong. Then even though the shop is closed on Sundays he opened and met me there to buy the laptop. Will be getting all my computer needs from here from now on!
