As a first time dog owner, I was nervous about grooming my new Havanese puppy. Leanne explained so much to me and helped me select the proper grooming tools and services. Wonderful customer service! Carli did a fantastic job grooming my puppy. She addressed all my concerns in both the grooming services so far, and gave me great advice for in between grooms. I really appreciate her time before and after the groom. The rest of the staff is so friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

I started taking my two senior dogs to The Social Pup for grooming earlier this year. I am so impressed with Jalissa, who has treated them with such gentleness and kindness, and done an exceptional job of grooming them. I would highly recommend The Social Pup to anyone looking for a lovely professional facility with a great atmosphere, created by the welcoming environment and friendly staff.

We could not have asked for a better training experience than we had with Robyn. She is amazing! A true professional who has endless knowledge, patience and genuine expertise. We came to her feeling overwhelmed, not knowing where to begin with our 3 month old rescue puppy. We can't believe the progress we've seen in such a short time and it's all due to the guidance, teaching, support and kindness we received from Robyn during each session! She tailors the training to each specific need and concern and ensures we are comfortable with moving forward on our own with consistency and practice. She even helped us with our 7 year old pup to break some bad habits we've let her build over the years. We would highly recommend Robyn to anyone and we look forward to continuing training our dogs in her new group sessions. Thank you Robyn.

It was an awesome training experience for us. Robyn was really helpful with our dog. Luke is a one year old Labrador puppy with a lot energy and did not have much discipline. We struggled controlling him while walking or meeting other people. Since day one of training, Robyn taught us the right way to handle Luke y really made a difference in our lives. We can enjoy our puppy now without the fear of Luke jumping over people or pulling us while walking. We highly recommended Robyn as a dog trainer.

If you’re looking for a dog trainer, Tango and I highly recommend Danielle at the Aurora PetSmart. She is a fantastic trainer, who obviously loves her job and makes training fun for everyone. Your dog will fall in love with her, I know Tango has. I get compliments at the dog park all the time, about how well trained Tango is. I always tell them about Danielle and recommend them doing her training classes. Tango and I have completed both the Puppy and Intermediate training, and we are looking forward to starting the Advanced training in February. Thank you Danielle, you are a fabulous person and trainer. Tango sends his love.

Danielle was our dog Reggie's trainer and we couldn't thank her more for being a great trainer. Our little puppy grew into a sweet sweet boy. An d he is great on walks and listens to us. Danielle is patient calm knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Thank you Danielle Reggie and us miss you lots.

Huge shout out to Danielle for the incredible training support she provided to us! We signed up straight to attend all 18 classes from puppy, intermediate and advanced. We have learnt so much in how to communicate with our dog correctly and make all of our lives easier :D.
