We lost my mom yesterday, and this is the first time my sisters and I had to go through this together and deal with all the things that must be done. We had no idea where to start. He was genuinely kind, considerate and professional on the phone and immediately put us at ease. Later that day, we met Dale at his beautiful funeral “home”, which really felt more like a home than your typical creepy and intimidating funeral home. He sat down with us and calmly and clearly told us everything he would do to make sure all the necessary paperwork was completed. There was no salesmanship, no guilt thrust upon us, no bull****.
