We had find few Roofing companies when my roof damage by bad weather, and finally we choose Warner Roofing, they are so professional, fast reply and come to us on next day, give us so many specialized knowledge, let us made a right choice. Warner repair and fix what my roofing need, they came in early day, worked hard and fast(very noisy inside home), they also did a great cleanup after everyday they done(took 2 days for all work finish). I have tremendous respect for the online ratings system; it’s how I selected Warner Roofing and it’s why I waited nearly a year before writing this, ensuring I have enough data to provide a thorough review. I believe that for something like a new roof, providing a rating after testing the product throughout the different seasons is most helpful. I unfortunately have experience with many local roofers, small, medium, and large. I say unfortunately because all my experience is with one property. We live in a house with a fancy roof— it has many peaks and valleys which are pleasing to the eye but a nightmare when combined with our home’s location: on top of a hill which can best be described as being in a wind tunnel. Over the years, we have had shingles blow off. Sometimes it wasn’t so bad; other times it was terrible. We have had leaks in the house more than once which cost us thousands in repairs. I have used a big roofing company so that I would feel safe. They were a little disorganized and it was tough to hold them accountable as they were just too big with too many people. I have used several smaller, cheaper, roofing companies. Most seemed okay, but shingles might blow off the following year in an area that they repaired. I had skipped using Warner because their repair price was slightly higher than the smaller companies. With hindsight being 20/20, I now realize that was a mistake. I engaged Warner for repairs last spring. Warner turned out to be a large enough company to have the experience and resources to get things done quickly and properly, while being small enough to provide me with a responsive single point of contact. I was so impressed with Warner that I contracted them to replace our roof. They worked with us to choose the best shingles for our situation. They provided several options, explaining the pros and cons for each. We went with the best single available— we paid a premium but it was well worth it as my anxiety when it rains and/or there are high winds has gone away. Warner was on schedule and professional during the engagement. Sara remained my point of contact and provided me with pictures and updates. She was always available for any questions. We contacted Chouinard Bros to repair a leak in our roof and our experience was excellent. We got a very professional support from Kim and Linda who scheduled a visit to check our issue. The repair was completed the same day and they came on time as promised. I highly recommend their services. Fast, Professional and Efficient.

We had used Chouinard Bros earlier this spring to replace our roof. We had received about 4 quotes from different companies but Chouinard were better price and much more professional. The installation went great, they were quick and even clean up after themselves as if no work was done. We are very happy with their services

Chouinard Bros replaced our roof two years ago, and we were so impressed with their services that we had them back 2021 summer to replace our eavestroughs. When the team arrived, they stopped the work because the colour was not the right match (When getting the quote, this was called out as a potential), and like with our roof - they were professional, polite, ensured everything was of the highest quality and very clean (which is really important as the alternative is nails everywhere). Arcamm provided me excellent service. Ray and his crew were professional and really helped me with my attic and roof. Ray was very approachable, respectful, knowledgeable, fair and provided a quick turnaround time. I recommend Arcamm and suggest you call Ray at Arcamm first before choosing any other company to do your work on your home. You will see he tries his best to help his clients, and delivers with his crew.

I have used Arcamm Roofing on several occasions, and each time been highly satisfied with their professionalism and thoroughness. They were prompt, courteous and performed the work in a timely manner. The clean-up was thorough and the workmanship was to our satisfaction.
