A huge shutout to Crystal White Dry Cleaners in Aurora at 150 Hollidge Blvd, Aurora, ON L4G 7H7 (in the Tim Hortons plaza) for going above and beyond especially in a time of great distress for our family. Can't begin to thank you enough!!! Not only are they fantastic but their customer service is unlike any other! My mother in law was moved into hospice earlier this week and in doing so I took all of my husband's suits, pants and shirts to get dry cleaned. In all the stress throughout the week, I forgot to double check their hrs of operation and got to the store 5 minutes after closing Saturday evening. I reached out to our community and so many beautiful ppl came forward offering to lend my husband their suits or their husband's suits or with suggestions of how to get in touch with the owners etc... And then a miracle happened; the owner reached out to me and made arrangements so that I could get my husband's suits for his mother's funeral! (They closed Saturday at 4pm reopening Monday morning, but we were leaving Sunday morning for my mother in laws funeral out of town). They met me at 8:30 Sunday morning at the store and I was able to pick up my husband's clothes for his mother's funeral. Incredible customer service.

They do a great job here while making sure to take good care of your clothes! I live far but travel 30 km just to go here for dry cleaning and alterations because I trust their quality and service.

I come here regularly for dry cleaning lots of clothes but what makes this a 5 star service is that Shawn is excellent on alterations. I brought him a challenging shirt to mend. The end of the sleeves were coming off and he mended them and repaired the seams perfectly. I was very impressed. Thank you!!!!
