Amazing customer service. They are always there is you have any questions or need some guidance. They do not try and sell you things you do not need. They were flexible on the delivery date and what worked best for my family.

Amazing experience with Ty and Backyard Pool and Spas. They were super responsive to our many questions and went above and beyond. Delivery was on time and service has been everything we had hoped for. Highly recommend.

Just had an inground liner installed, the results are fabulous and the service was excellent! Thanks to all involved at Backyard Pool and Spa for their great service over the 11 years I've been dealing with them.

Nick and his team were great and we love the interlock walkway and driveway border they built for us. The team worked quickly and the result was great quality, which has really improved the look of our home. Would highly recommend!.

Puddle Pool Services was personable and respectful. You can tell that this business is run by people who care and love what they do. They will go over the top to make sure your needs are met and will make sure everything is completed to the best of their abilities. We are looking forward to our pool opening this spring and we can’t wait to try more of their services in the future, including their weekly maintenance program.

Phil and team are awesome. I was in a pinch, and they made time to help us out of our predicament. This customer first approach is fleeting today, however Puddle Pool Services delivers on all accounts. If you’re looking for an honest, old school approach to your pool services, do not hesitate to call them.

Puddle Pools comes to our house every week and they are so easy to work with! They always leave us a clean and balanced pool with a detailed report of what was done. We really don't have to worry about the pool anymore, we know everything gets done on time, even when we are at work! Highly recommend.
