This company has all 5 star reviews for a reason - they are simply an amazingly run company from top to bottom. We adopted an abused dog who needed to be slowly re-socialized with strangers. The animal behaviourist we are working with recommended that we hire someone to come in and just greet him in the house. In my search, I found BWD and they did not hesitate to take on the challenge, and have worked wonders with our dog - progressing to short walks in the neighbourhood. We have worked with Jen, Krista and Charlotte and they are absolutely incredible at their job. The price is incredibly reasonable, the website and app are very user friendly, and their billing system is so easy to use. We'd give them 6 stars if we could! Great company, great people!

Simply the most incredible dog walking service around! BWD has been walking our lively pup for months now when we're working in the office and the service is fantastic. The entire service and system is so well-organized! The app for booking makes it so easy to set up an appointment when needed and the post-walk email reports are wonderfully detailed and have become a highlight of our work days. The staff are also so professional and conscientious, and write lovely notes about how our furry little friend is doing. All together we feel so confident in the BWD team, love the service, and know that our dog is in safe hands, and would strongly recommend the business to anyone who needs a dog walker in the region!

I’ve been using BWD for a year now and only have the best things to say! I was always nervous about getting a dog walker for my reactive and stubborn dog but they have been amazing. Their app, the updates and the service they provide have been excellent. I recommend this service, as well as their staycation service, to anyone with a dog in Ottawa. It’s so nice to be able to trust and rely on someone to take care of our little dude while we’re at the office.
