Dr. Brian Rotenberg is the greatest doctor I have ever had. He absolutely saved my life. I was severely ill with very complex sleep apnea. I was dying, but because I was skinny, and sleep studies only showed mild sleep apnea, I was constantly dismissed. Dr. Rotenberg took my case very seriously as soon as he met me. Dozens of sleep doctors, ENTs and GPs brushed me off while I was dying. He gave me a second chance to live. I cannot describe how thankful I am to him for curing me. He organized 4 procedures, a tongue base reduction, epiglottis stiffening, UPPP, and a septoplasty. The recovery was extremely fast and easy. I used to need tons of equipment to try to sleep, including an extremely high pressure bipap. Now I don't use anything at all and sleep extremely well. The world needs more people like him.

I recently had a septorhinoplasty done by Dr. Rotenberg. He was very professional, kind, and informative throughout the entire process. He corrected my deviated septum and at less than two weeks post-op, my breathing has improved significantly. I honestly wish I had gotten this surgery sooner, just for this reason alone! As for the cosmetic part of the procedure, Dr. Rotenberg payed close attention to detail by refining my nose so that it still looked natural and perfectly suitable for my face. Dr. Rotenberg and his staff are so kind and caring. I had Uvolopalatoplasty May 15, 2024 which resolved my snoring issues. He also open up one of my nostrils and I can breath now. This is a great clinic all staff are professionals and I wouldn' t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I was diagnosed with atrophic rhinitis and Empty Nose Syndrome (ENS), both of which are chronic, rare, and medically complex conditions. These conditions severely affected my ability to breathe and sleep, and substantially impacted my quality of life. At the time, no surgical treatment was available in Canada that addressed my condition. As a result, I sought medical opinions in the United States regarding implant surgery, which was recommended as a potential treatment option. I subsequently applied to Ontario's Out-of-Country Program for funding assistance. During the review process, the program sought an opinion from Dr. Brian Rotenberg. I also consulted with Dr. Rotenberg directly. My understanding is that opinions provided to both me and the Out-of-Country Program were not supportive of pursuing the proposed treatment in the United States, citing concerns regarding the expected outcomes. Despite these opinions, I continued searching for treatment options. After more than a decade, I was eventually able to locate a Canadian ENT surgeon who performed implant surgery similar to the procedure that had previously been offered to me in the United States. The surgery resulted in a significant improvement in my breathing and sleep quality. Prior to receiving treatment, my condition had severely affected many aspects of my life, including my ability to maintain full-time employment, participate in social activities, and enjoy a normal personal life. During a later consultation, I was scheduled to see Dr. Rotenberg again. However, I was seen by his assistant while Dr. Rotenberg did not personally attend the consultation.
