“Dr. Mandar S. Jog earned his medical degree from the Memorial University of Newfoundland Faculty of Medicine. He completed his 4-year post-doctoral fellowship in Computational Neuroscience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, Massachusetts. He is the director of the National Parkinson Foundation Centre of Excellence in Movement Disorders. Dr. Mandar S. “Dr. Seyed Mirsattari graduated from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, and completed his neurology residency training at the University of Manitoba in 2000. He became a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 2001. He was a postdoctoral research fellow of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) in clinical epileptology and neurophysiology at Western University until June 2004. Dr. Seyed Mirsattari then completed his Ph.D. in neurophysiology in 2005, and he is one of the physicians involved in the Complex Epilepsy Surgery Program and Epilepsy/General Neurology Clinic at the London Health Sciences Centre. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Clinical Neurological Sciences at Western University. Dr. Seyed Mirsattari also offers neurology consultation services to Health Sciences North Hospital (HSN) in Sudbury and the Ontario Telestroke Network.

DR. MANDAR S. JOG - LONDON HEALTH SCIENCES CENTRE REVIEWS

Dr. Jog is one of the best neurologists around and I was lucky enough to be referred to him by my regular neurologist. After 27 years, no one has been able to put a name to what I have. Parkinsons has been ruled out by his Parkinsons specialist. I have been able to be included in a couple of studies he has devised and has his assistants perform and I am hoping there will be another one. He is a very busy man and doesn't have time for idle chatter. When you see a specialist of his caliber, just remember that there are lots of others that need his time and he doesn't have time to waste. I really liked Dr. Jog as he answered all my questions and spent the time needed with me after discussing with his associate. Thank heaven he has several associates who accompany him so his knowledge can be passed on to them.

Being a patient of Dr. Jog Has been a privilege to me, prompt compassionate Doctor and staff showing mutual respect to each other and to me Being in their care has definitely improved my quality of life with a neurological disorder Sitting in the waiting room you hear many grateful patients,and their stories that have travelled to be in his and his teams care.

I have been going to Dr. Jog for may years. I now receive xeomin injections at his movement clinic on Baseline Rd. He explains what he is doing and why. Since receiving my treatments once every three month, my essential tremours have decreased substantially. Every visit is prompt, professional and welcoming!

Amazing doctor. He has made my fiancés experience smooth and not so stressful. Epilepsy is new to us and he has been there every step of the way allowing us to ask as many questions as needed and allowing us to call for help or advise with situations anytime. He always replies to your msgs at his earliest convenience and is very easy to talk to. He is super busy so sometimes he is rushed but he always makes sure we are okay and not confused before he leaves. I’m so glad we met him and that he is helping us.

Dr. Mirsattari has been great through my epilepsy diagnosis. He did follow-ups for my medications when they changed and he was extremely helpful. He is very kind and professional. He will be leaving LHSC to work for Mayo Clinic so it's sad to see him go but he already set me up with another neurologist which is extremely helpful. Thank you Dr and I wish you well!

I first saw Dr. Mirattari in Oct 2021, since then I have gone through very thorough testing . He has been the most approachable, kind Dr. I was loosing faith on ever getting a diagnosis! Today I met with him and Dr Jain at University hospital. They were so easy to talk to and very helpful with explaining the diagnosis! I highly recommend Dr Masattari, he is so friendly and professional, thank you for all your help and understanding!
