“Dr. Amin Javer earned his medical degree, graduating in 1991, and finished his one-year internship at the University of Saskatchewan at the Regina General Hospital. He did his additional four-year otolaryngology (one year of research) and one year of core general surgery training to earn his specialist credentials. Dr. Amin specializes in performing skull base surgeries, and he has different research interests with over 90 research publications and over 10 book chapters. Dr. Amin has a unique interest in doing advanced FESS (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery), Frontal Sinus Surgery, and Fungal Sinus Disease. He has also been awarded several awards and honours in research and surgical teaching during his UBC career. Dr. Amin Javer has presented his publications internationally. Dr. Amin Javer is the director of St. Paul’s Sinus Centre, which is one of the leading ENT centers in Vancouver. He speaks English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Swahili (Kiswahili).

Dr Javer has done a few computer assisted surgeries on me. The first 2 surgeries were basically removing scar tissue caused by other ENTs surgeries, who were also suppossed to be good ENTs. Dr Javer is the most companionable, knowledgeable, and down right amazing!!! I've been with him almost 15 years now and he is by far tge best ENT in Canada. You may wait to get into see him and wait for your appointments but he is sooooo worth the wait. He trains ENTs from all over the world how to do his amazing computer assusted surgeries. Erin his secretary is also really great! Justine.

Dr. Amin Javer is a compasionate, wonderful human and a elite surgeon. I am eturnally grateul for his efforts and skills he applied to my issues, My wife sourced him as the best at his speciality in north america and he changed my life, without him i could not imagine where i would be. I could not possibly have enough good things to say about him, My mind is blown that i would see a bad review on this page, i guess its true even a Angel cant please everyone. Im still trying to figure out the perfect gift for him.

Dr. Javer is an amazing doctor and individual. More medical practitioners should be as caring and accessible as Dr. Javer. He is an amazing individual.

DR. ARIF S. JANJUA REVIEWS

Dr Janjua removed a tumour in my elderly mother's nose cavity and I accompanied her. He was clear and professional, explained the procedure and reasons, great communication, great post-op care by his staff. Follow up scheduled at 1 month to quickly remove the plastic, and 3 months follow up. Her and I both felt she was in good and very capable hands with Dr Janjua and his team.

Dr Arif Janjua is a confident and professional surgeon. I had an Olfactory Neuroblastoma. It was a long delicate and sensitive surgery. I have had additional cancer treatments - Chemo and Radiation. After the treatments I have had to do my part, the daily maintenance routines. I was on 3 month check ups then down to 6 months and now to 12 months going into this fourth year. I am so thankful of the surgery that was preformed by him and his team.

Excellent care and very knowledge and skilled surgeon. His staff are fantastic and I have had nothing positive experiences with his office.
