Dr. Kelsall really listens to me and most likely all his patients. He is noticeably respectful of my concerns and preferences about recommended treatments. It is due to his respect and his massive experience and knowledge that I have followed his recommendations for four years, which have contributed to the RA now being in remission. He is very knowledgeable and deeply experienced, while also genuinely caring. I am hugely fortunate to be his patient. Even when I was experiencing quite significant pain and discomfort, my appointments with him were positive for me, as he truly listens and cares and is so respectful and knowledgeable. He gives choices on the way forward and is quite clear that the actual choice of treatment is my (the patient's) choice.

Felt listened to and heard, which meant to much. The doctor asked great questions, took a huge amount of notes and arrived at testable conclusions with a plan (the next step). Having seen a number of specialists, this really was a breath of fresh air. I am not "fixed", but the appointment gave me hope. Belief that a diagnosys will be found, and a treatment applied. Knowing there is an issue and not knowing what it is, is the worst.

Dr Kelsall is the most knowledgeable and empathetic specialist you could ever wish for . He always follows thru until the solution is found, and always has time if you need to discuss any problem further . His staff are the best … Darlene and Theresa; again, always have time for you and always welcoming .

I have been seeing Dr. shojania for over 12 years and he has truly been my saviour! He listens and is always on top of new ways to care and help improve my health! His staff are always friendly and a pleasure to interact with! I have recommended Dr. Shojania to a couple of my friends and they all have raving reports on him! He is patient, up to date on the latest, there when called upon and helping keep me alive. His Assistants Cyndi & Carly are a delight to deal with and treat you like a VIP rather than a sick person.
