Dr Veljkovic is one of the best orthopedic doctors in the world. She is always there to help ,to listen and to give the best advice and options for your care. After having numerous knee surgeries (18) i wish i saw Dr Veljkovic way earlier and honestly would probably be running now and living pain free or with minimal pain. I am still grateful that she is my orthopaedic now and will never choose anyone else. I am confident with her and trust her completely with all her decisions on what to do to help me and fix my knee finally. I know deep down that she will be the one that will fix my knee(s) and i will be thankful for life thanks to her. I cant wait to see what she has in plan for me. I love her as a person and she is an expert in what she does. Never give up! If you loose hope just get in to see Dr Andrea Veljkovic. She is #1.

Dr Andy is extremely caring , takes time to explain things and answered all my questions frankly and honestly. I love her frank, gentle no nonsense approach . SHE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE and has done bunion surgery on both of my feet with FABULOUS results both times. She is the best of BEST OF THE BEST. I would highly recommend her you will be treated like royalty.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Veljković and the incredible care she has provided me over the years. Before my ankle reconstruction surgery six years ago, I could barely walk more than a few blocks. Thanks to her skill, dedication, and expertise, I regained my mobility and quality of life. I've undergone two ankle surgeries under her care and may eventually need a third. However, Dr. Veljković has done everything possible to postpone it, always choosing the most thoughtful and patient-centered path. Her post-surgical care is simply phenomenal: attentive, compassionate, and thorough. What truly sets Dr. Veljković apart is not only her excellence as a surgeon but also her deep compassion and personal attention to her patients. She genuinely cares, listens, and works tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcomes. I now suffer from severe arthritis in my left knee and continue to receive treatment from her, including regular injections to help me manage the pain and keep walking. The best knee surgeon in Vancouvrr. The whole process was so well run and informative. The results were a knee that is solid and pain free. The recovery was smooth and progressive if you follow all the instructions. Very friendly and competent staff. One glitch on my second knee Post op exam was a Fellow. She squeezed a very small pimple of infection at the top of the scar ands turned it into a large infection. Do not let a student touch your knee until Dr. Masri is there. It was hard to heal and the most painful part of my knee replacement The staff at UBC are exceptional. Thank you for two great knees.

Best surgeon ever always keeps track of his patient to make sure they have the best outcome. His office staff always respond promptly despite how busy they are. Felt well cared for by him and his team.

Dr. Masri was always very thorough with explaining what he was going to do to my knee. Great bedside manner.

Dr Umran did my knee replacement after failing off a log working at UBC childcare I was so worried never had a major operation replacements. After taking to Doctor Umran he put me at ease and gave me options and got the knee replacement , Never have I felt it was the wrong decision no pain after the first couple weeks now after two years getting the other knee done. The first few weeks lots of movement it was hard but I followed thru on the direction of Doctor Umran Thank you to Doctor Umran and his great staff also to the great receptionist who answered all my calls shout out to.

Dr. Umran is just fantastic. Great communication pre and post-surgery - very easy to talk to, answers questions with care in a language that is easily understood. Really acts as your partner throughout the whole process. I am two weeks post-op and doing great. I was a candidate for day surgery, full knee replacement. His post-surgery expectations were clear and simple - do the work and get the results. I would highly recommend this awesome surgeon to anyone needing knee replacement. - EB
As far a Doctor experiences go, Dr Umran is the GOAT. He easily laid out my options for surgery or left alone healing and let me know the pros and cons. 2 weeks later after surgery on my ulna I’m out of my cast and on the trajectory back to normal life. Thank you Dr Umran.

Dr Umran was fantastic. The pre-op visit was very informative. The operation was done on time with care and skill. We hope we have him for the second hip.
