We visited Dr. Della Chow today, and our last visit was a few years ago. Each visit has been comfortable. The place is adorned with beautiful flower arrangements and has a cozy waiting area where the staff kindly prepares a cup of tea for you. The receptionist warmly welcomed us, especially considering the multiple time changes we had due to some unforeseen circumstances; they patiently assisted in making adjustments over the phone. We have consistently seen Dr. Della Chow, and she conducts thorough examinations each time. She is patient in explaining and addressing any questions we have. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been going to Della Optique for a couple of years and my visit today lived up to the high-quality service I experienced on previous occasions. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the frame specialist managed to fix my glasses where others have failed. Dr. Chow is thorough and knowledgeable, and she takes the time to explain everything and answer my questions. My partner is now also a patient and was very happy with his experience.

Dr Chow has been my optometrist for many years. I have been more than satisfied with the treatment I've received from her, and from her staff, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a thoroughly professional and reliable optometrist.

DR. CHERYL CHEN, OD - OLYMPIC VILLAGE EYE CARE REVIEWS

Dr. Chen is a great eye doctor. The eye exam here is very extensive compared to other eye exams I have done in the past few years. You can tell that she knows so much and she really explains your eye health to you. I feel pretty safe knowing my eye health is in her hands and I will continue to see her every year or two years. The clinic also does a great job of having a variety of glasses in the shop and measures your face and eyes for the glasses so you can be sure your glasses are supporting your eye health as best as possible. Thank you.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Cheryl Chen. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The examination was thorough, and Dr. Chen took the time to explain each step, ensuring I understood everything about my eye health. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about my well-being. The selection of frames was impressive, and with their team's expert guidance, I found the perfect pair. I saw Dr. Chen on short notice for visual symptoms. She did a very thorough assessment and found no concerns, but she still went the extra mile to refer me for an even more extensive assessment by ophthalmologists at the Vancouver Eye Clinic at VGH where tiny retinal detachments were found that could have taken my eyesight. Dr Randhawa has been absolutely fantastic with my 7 year old daughter. She has an excellent bedside manner and is wonderful at explaining things to us. Her reception staff is also very friendly and lovely. Nothing but nice things to say about this place. Highly recommend!.

Amazing. Been coming here for 4 years for my sons eye exams and Dr. Randhawa is incredible with him! The clinic is quite busy and with good reason. We've moved recently but still make the way out to see her. Thank you!.
