Door Doctor

From our initial discussions, all the way through to completion of the work, Door Doctor was outstanding. The staff were always engaging and delightful to deal with. They managed expectations well, and left things clean and tidy. Our wonderful new garage doors have been operating for over a month without any problems, and several neighbours have mentioned how nice they look too! I strongly recommend using Door Doctor for your garage doors.

Super impressed with the service and timeliness provided by Door Doctor (subcontracted to Correct Door, I think). Josh was incredibly kind, took the time to explain what was wrong and fixed the issue without any trouble. My garage door broke late at night and I sent my request overnight - even though there was a snowstorm Josh arrived first thing the next morning to get the job done. Extremely grateful that we have excellent companies and individuals like this here in Ottawa. I would highly recommend Door Doctor/Correct Door and Josh Connolly in particular to anyone who needs a fix or new garage door, you will not be disappointed.

Big thanks to Door Doctor's Kurtis who has replaced both torsion springs on both of our garage doors. Kurtis was very professional and quick in doing the replacement. I would not hessitate having him do additional work and will recommend him.
