Indigo - Kitchener

It's always a pleasure and a horrible idea for me to go to Indigo. I love this store. The employees are always so friendly and so helpful. It's neat, clean, and organised. The only downside is that I always go home with way more than I hoped to leave with. This is one of those places a book lover could easily go so very broke in. But it's a great store, with great employees and a lovely atmosphere!

Pleasant shopping experience, more than a book store, lots of gift ideas. Merchandised where you can find all similar items categorized in one section. Plenty of staff easy to find when assistance is needed.

Great customer service, needed help for a few different things and received the same great service from all 3 people!!
