Nice affordable clean gym in a great location with an amazing staff. Nice new machines and free weights. Any problems with equipments reported to the staff is taken care of immediately and fixed right away. This gym has sufficient space and a number of facilities for various kinds of workouts. There are about 11 treadmills, 8 ellipticals, 2 arc trainers, 2 stair machines, 8 stationary bikes (4 recumbent and 4 upright), and 2 rowing machines for your cardio needs. The free weights area includes 5 benches and dumbbells up to 75lbs. The upper and lower body strength training machines are all easy to use. Additional facilities include massage chairs and tanning rooms. Staff are helpful. At a very affordable price and open 24 hours a day there are no complaints, however it can get quite busy during some early weekday evenings.
