Best staff, best space, best everything you could want in a gym. Not worth it to go anywhere else in the Richmond area. THIS IS THE GYM TO GO TO. The majority of members are awesome, there is so much space, the staff is 10/10. The equipment is well maintained and there's an abundance of equipment. Even during peak hours it's still tolerable and you're not waiting too long for a machine if you are even waiting at all. Truly the best gym I've ever been a member of.

The best gym in Richmond with the best crew! I've been coming to RSF for a few years now and this gym is amazing. The front desk staff are always smiling and super helpful. The facility is huge with a ton of equipment (new and old). There is plenty of space downstairs and in the woman's area upstairs. The woman's area is great with lots of machines, free weights, a sauna and even a studio. With the amazing hours, staff, trainers and equipment this gym is the best gym in Richmond to meet all our fitness goals!

Plenty of space and equipment variety. Great price for what is has to offer. They also have 1 full basketball court and a half court. Been gymming here for 3+ years SUPER CLEAN!! They have someone clean the gym throughly every morning.
